Kährs parquet in oak with "hand planed surface" creates more than just a cool feeling in the modern cubic new building in the canton of Baselland! The architecture of the building alone captivates with its consistent and clear lines. Concrete and glass dominate.
The parquet flooring in smoked oak creates a wonderful contrast in the context of the generous room layout and the materials used.
The smoking process gives the parquet a noble, medium-brown color which remains compact and color-stable for years. The varying light and dark tones underline the natural beauty of the wood.
The new, modern surface treatment with the robot-controlled branch planing creates a very natural-looking surface structure. This invites the residents to go barefoot - walk in and thereby creates a real "wellness feeling". Thanks to the milling technology used (planing), in contrast to conventional planing, a very soft surface is created and thus no bumps.
A demanding and in the execution convincing project from WANNERPARTNER ARCHITECTS GmbH.
Also thanks to the Kährs parquet from ROSER.
