Roser AG is a leading trading company for veneers and wood-based materials based in Birsfelden near Basel. The independent company operates worldwide in the veneer sector. Wood-based materials for high-end interior design are mainly sold in north-west Switzerland.

As part of a planned succession plan, we are looking for a responsible and team-orientated person to take over the finance and accounting department as well as personnel administration for our company.

CFO / Head of Finance & Administration (m/f/d) - part-time possible

Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for finance and accounting
  • Management of financial accounting incl. annual financial statements and reporting
  • Ensuring controlling, liquidity planning and the budget process
  • Responsibility for payroll and personnel administration
  • Contact person for management, auditors, banks and authorities
  • Further development of processes and structures in the area of finance
  • Supporting the management in strategic decisions


Your profile:

  • Training in finance and accounting (at least level of specialist in finance and accounting or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in a flat hierarchical organisation
  • Good IT and ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German
