Roser AG is a leading trading company for veneers and wood-based materials based in Birsfelden near Basel. The independent company operates worldwide in the veneer sector. Wood-based materials for high-end interior design are mainly sold in north-west Switzerland.
As part of a planned succession plan, we are looking for a responsible and team-orientated person to take over the finance and accounting department as well as personnel administration for our company.
CFO / Head of Finance & Administration (m/f/d) - part-time possible
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for finance and accounting
- Management of financial accounting incl. annual financial statements and reporting
- Ensuring controlling, liquidity planning and the budget process
- Responsibility for payroll and personnel administration
- Contact person for management, auditors, banks and authorities
- Further development of processes and structures in the area of finance
- Supporting the management in strategic decisions
Your profile:
- Training in finance and accounting (at least level of specialist in finance and accounting or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in a flat hierarchical organisation
- Good IT and ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German
