New Timber Trading Ordinance from 1.1.2022 - what does that mean for me?

From 1.1.2022, the new Timber Trading Ordinance (HHV) will come into force throughout Switzerland. The aim of this ordinance is to prevent illegally harvested timber. All companies that place timber and timber products on the market must commit to this.

Roser already has several years of experience in exporting veneers to the EU. The so-called EUTR regulation has exactly the same effect as the HHV. Roser AG therefore knows the scope of the HHV and also implements it. We assume all declaration obligations for the wood materials and wood products you purchase from us. We procure, check and archive the relevant documents.
