After more than 15 successful years as Head of Finance and Accounting at Roser AG in Birsfelden BL, Victor Jung has retired from the Executive Board as planned at the end of 2023. Christoph Roser (34) will take his place on the Executive Board at the start of the year. As a trained cabinet maker and qualified wood merchant, he also has a degree in SME management. Christoph Roser has been with the company since 2015 and is now the fourth generation of the Roser family to manage the long-established family business.
Together with the existing members of the Executive Board Tobias Scherg (CEO) and the Head of Wood Materials Patrick Altherr, he will actively help to make the business units even fitter for the future. The DNA of Roser AG will thus be continued and at the same time constantly developed further. This also means that Victor Jung will continue to manage and be responsible for the accounting division after his departure from the Executive Board. Christoph Roser will pay particular attention to the area of digitalisation and online sales.
