Herringbone parquet combines traditional craftsmanship with modern interior design and continues to enjoy great popularity. At Roser AG, a selection of oak herringbone parquet is available directly from stock in Birsfelden – ensuring short delivery times and a high degree of planning certainty.

Our classic 90° herringbone in the dimensions 600 × 120 × 11 mm is available from stock as a 2-layer parquet with a wear layer of 3.6 mm. The three colours – Natural, Smoked and Raw Wood Look – are available from stock in the ‘Natural’ grade. Other grades, colours or formats, such as French herringbone, are available to order.

Why herringbone?

More movement in the room: the distinctive laying pattern brings dynamism to the floor and gives rooms significantly more structure and character.

Timeless yet modern: Herringbone has a long tradition and, at the same time, combines superbly with modern architecture. From classic period properties to minimalist new-builds, the pattern blends seamlessly into a wide variety of interior design and furnishing concepts.

A premium look: The striking geometry and the link to traditional parquet laying give herringbone a particularly high-quality appearance. Even rooms with understated décor are thus given a distinctive and elegant character.

For those seeking an even more pronounced linear design, Roser also offers French 45° herringbone in oak.

Three colours – a wide range of options available from Roser’s stock

With natural, smoked and raw wood finishes, the effect of the herringbone pattern can be tailored precisely to the specific interior design concept: from light and authentic to deep and elegant, right through to a particularly rustic, matt finish.

You can also find all variants and technical specifications in our new parquet brochure‘3 Parquet Colours – Many Possibilities’. In addition to herringbone, the brochure also showcases country-style planks and single-strip short planks in the three coordinated colour schemes.
