Roser AG was delighted to be involved in the Böschmatt housing development in Sissach, supplying high-quality doors and parquet flooring. The project is a striking example of how quality, functionality and efficient project coordination can be successfully combined.
For the residential development, Roser AG supplied around 60 interior doors, 8 front doors and high-quality single-strip oak parquet flooring with an oiled finish. In addition to supplying the products, Roser AG also carried out the door measurements and supported the project with its many years of experience in commercial construction.
A particular advantage for the client arose from the consolidation of several trades. As both the doors and the parquet flooring were supplied by Roser AG, interfaces were reduced, processes simplified and synergies optimally utilised. The result was efficient project management with short lines of communication and a high standard of workmanship.
