Characteristic and wood color

The wood has a yellowish colour and very fine crystals can be seen on the surface. It also has fine, scattered pores and the medullary rays are visible in longitudinal section as thin silver lines. The clearly visible growth zones give the wood its stripy texture. Occasionally an intensive bar is also visible. It is used in high-quality interior fittings.
