Special features of the project:

All materials for the entire new building were procured via Roser AG. The bundled delivery from a single source significantly reduced the coordination effort and ensured an efficient and structured construction process.

It is particularly noteworthy that the oak parquet used was not only used for the flooring, but also for the stairs, creating an even and harmonious overall appearance. In addition, the parquet was deliberately continued as a design element in the furniture construction - for example as a wooden frame in the glass balustrade and as an integrated wooden element in a white cupboard.

Client quote:

"Thanks to Roser AG, we were able to source all the materials for our new building centrally. The advice was competent, the delivery reliable and the result is impressive with its calm, high-quality overall effect."

Beautiful interior design with Roser materials

This high-quality new-build project focussed on a calm, warm and at the same time modern living experience. The centrepiece of the concept is the exceptionally harmonious tilo wideplank in NaturPur oak. The carefully selected, knot-free surface ensures a particularly calm room effect, while the ultra-matt Innovo oil finish combines a natural feel with high everyday suitability.

The parquet flooring runs through the living areas and up the stairs and is complemented by matching wooden handrails. The parquet flooring was also deliberately incorporated as a design element in the furniture construction and integrated into kitchen details and furniture, for example. This creates a consistent, cosy overall look with clear architectural lines.

Customised built-in furniture, wall cupboards and wardrobes characterise the interiors. In the kitchen, coated Swiss Krono decors in pink, terracotta red and tender rose provide modern colour accents and create an exciting contrast to the warm wood tones of the floor.

High-quality materials were also used in the bathroom: Furniture in oak veneer lends the rooms a natural elegance and emphasises the high-quality interior design.

The project was realised efficiently thanks to the supply of all finishing materials by Roser AG - with clear contact partners, coordinated logistics and consistently high material quality across all rooms.
