Pure reading pleasure: dark walnut veneer with lightly contrasting sapwood
Creative and highly crafted is the new library in Schindellegi, Switzerland.
The matching logs were personally selected by the architect team "720° Architekten" in Roser's concept.room. The veneer image was displayed on the magnetic wall in the konzept.raum in different variations. In the end, dark walnut with a light-coloured sapwood was chosen. This special look is intended to imitate the spines of books in a library.
