Project description:

After several discussions and intensive consultation and sampling with various photos and samples, Roser AG provided the carpentry company Schaerholzbau AG with selected raw veneer. On this basis, the carpenter produced a fully lacquered sample in wild service tree, which was presented to both the client and the architect for approval.

Following successful sampling, Roser AG received the order for the production of all veneer surfaces. In a further step, customised veneer decks with a fleece backing were produced for the carpentry business. Particular attention was paid to a precisely defined sorting and a uniform, calm appearance - exactly as selected by the customer.

The service tree, a deciduous tree widespread in Central and Southern Europe, is one of the most sought-after and high-quality types of wood in interior design. Its veneer impresses with a fine, homogeneous grain and a warm, slightly reddish colour. Thanks to this even structure, wild service tree is ideal for large-scale applications and architecturally sophisticated rooms.

In combination with exposed concrete, glass surfaces and clear lines, a minimalist, modern interior is created, which is given a natural warmth and a restrained, elegant appearance by the veneer. The precise veneer work by Roser AG emphasises the architectural quality of the project and ensures a harmonious overall appearance down to the smallest detail.

Statement by project manager Fabian Sager, Roser AG

The fine grain and warm colour tone of the wild service tree lend the rooms a timeless elegance. The collaboration between all those involved was professional and solution-orientated right from the start, which led to a fantastic result.
